massive hinoki wood bathtub, beautiful design elements, convenient shuttle service
Addressing persistent unpleasant odors in the toilets must take priority!!! Being a bit farther from the town was inconvenient for someone looking to easily explore. I also wished for improved accessibility for luggage handling!!!

Will be back if ever in Hakone, it was dope! We enjoyed this place, it's modern and stunningly beautiful. The employees are all helpful and attentive. Excellent and marvellous location to Gora train station, the hotel is close to a cable car station. Gora Onsen district deserves to be explored.

Loved to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and excellent, the location was particularly good and excellent to the restaurant with a yukatta attire. Location: the property was close to the local train station. I randomly popped in Isshikido Saro serving some pastries, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, it was nice.

A good river view retreat
Waking up to the fine river view from the room was a moment of pure bliss. The staff were always on hand, our stay was comfortable and nice.
Despite the very nice stay, the toilets had a lingering unpleasant smell that detracted from our experience. It was a bit disappointing considering the hotel's high standards.

The private onsen on the balcony offers fantastic views, turning relaxation into an art form. The decor uniquely blends modernity with traditional touches.
Accessibility is a major concern here. It's pretty remote, so having a car is almost mandatory unless you enjoy a long trek to get anywhere. Wi-Fi connectivity faced some hiccups. The room's noise insulation leaves much to be desired. I could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms, which can disrupt your peace.

The private onsen on the balcony was a good touch, offering both comfort and fine views. Breakfast featured an excellent variety of Asian and European options, with standout dishes like fresh soup. Really good service was evident when staff assisted with transportation arrangements to the Shinkansen, we caught our train on time. The spotty WiFi was good, and a more accessible luggage handling process would enhance the experience further.
